Who We Are
Our Story
In 2009, Sonia Small and Macaira Koch met while both were courageously battling breast cancer. During one of the most challenging seasons of their lives, a deep friendship formed —rooted in faith, resilience and gratitude for a second chance at life.
As survivors, they felt called to use their experience to serve others in a meaningful way. Together, they envisioned a company that would provide more than just physical assistance. Their goal was to offer compassionate support that nurtured not only the practical needs of those they served, but their emotional and spiritual well-being as well.
In 2018, that vision became reality with the creation of "Your Place Your Way." Today, under the leadership of founder and owner Sonia Small, the company continues to grow and serve the community with the same mission it was built upon —providing compassionate, faith-centered companion care.
Guided by faith and the grace of the holy spirit, we remain committed to uplifting the lives of our clients, their families, and the care givers who serve them.
