My name is Sonia Small. I started this company because I truly believed companion care and home care could be done differently. Too often, people are treated like a schedule, a task list, or just another client. But to us, every person is so much more than that.

Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness, patience, dignity, and genuine respect, no matter their age or the level of care they may need.

When building this company, I often thought about my own parents and loved ones. I asked myself how I would want them to be cared for if they ever needed support at home. I would want them surrounded by compassionate people who truly listen, who respect their independence, and who treat them like family — not just a job.

That belief became the heart of everything we do.

Our goal has always been to provide care that feels personal, comforting, and trustworthy. We want families to have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are not only safe, but cared for with warmth, compassion, and understanding.

Every individual we serve deserves to feel seen, heard, valued, and respected in the place they call home.
